Where I’ll be: GroupBy, PASS PowerShell VC, and SQL Saturday Cleveland

Hey everyone, it’s going to be a busy January for me! I’ve got a lot of great sessions lined up both on- and offline if you want to see or hear me speak. My schedule looks like this:

  • I’ll be presenting about SQL Server and PowerShell at Brent Ozar’s GroupBy conference on Friday, January 13th at 9:30 AM. Registration is currently booked up (there’s a waiting list you can sign up for so if you’re interested I’d still give it a shot). More info can be found on the GroupBy web site.
  • On Wednesday, January 18th I’ll be presenting to the PASS PowerShell Virtual Chapter. I’ll be talking about multi-threading PowerShell scripts using RunSpaces. It’s a pretty complex topic, so I hope I do it justice! You can sign up here.
  • Finally, I’ll be presenting at SQL Saturday #595 in Cleveland. I’ll be talking about SQL Server transactional replication, and taking a deeper dive into how transactions actually get from point A to point B. If you’re in the area and want to check it out, I’d love it if you came by! More info can be found on the SQL Saturday website.

As always, I’m super thankful for all the opportunities I get to be a part of such a great techincal community, and I’m always looking to get better If you get a chance to attend any of my sessions, I LOVE feedback, so don’t be shy. Hope to meet (or re-meet) many of you soon!
